Symbols Part 1 The Peace Sign.

"Signs and symbols rule the world, not words nor laws." -Confucius

Symbol: something that stands for something else.
a letter, character or sign used instead of a word to represent a quantity, position, relationship, direction, or something to be done.

"THEN YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE." -John 8:32

Denial: a defense mechanism, in which a person is faced with a fact that is too uncomfortable to accept and rejects it instead insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence.

Now that we have that out of the way, let's move on.

A symbol is anything that is agreed upon to mean something else. The foundation of all symbols is agreement. When a symbol is frequently used, it has an established meaning. If a symbol is used randomly or with different meanings it fails to be a symbol at all. What good is a symbol if the meaning constantly changes?
If a stop sign is seen, we know it means stop. It will never mean go no matter how much we choose to believe that. Get the point? On to the meaning of symbols we see everyday that is said to mean one thing but in actuality, mean something completely different.

Let's start off with this popular symbol:

It is known that this symbol was created in 1958 for the campaign for nuclear disarmament. Later adopted as the symbol for peace. But many fail to do the research and see for themselves that this symbol was used long before the 1950's. Hitler used it in his regimen, some of the soldiers even have the symbol marked on their tombstones.

This symbol is also known as the todesrune and was commanded to be worn by the high ranking officials in the Nazi regime and the SS soldiers. When they were buried, the symbol had to be printed on their headstones. This is just one example right here:

Before even this, witchcraft has long used this symbol known as the broken cross or even raven's claw and witch's foot. Here is a shot from a witchcraft book showing what it means to them.

And here we even see a witchcraft leather bound book with the symbol prominently displayed on the cover.

In witchcraft, it's known that a circle around anything is meant to cast a spell, to harness energy inside the circle or for protection, or even all of the above. When you bring this into your home, or you wear it as a piece of jewelry, or you draw it on paper or whatever, this is what you're playing with. Don't let the lies and deceptions of the enemy trick you into thinking that if have a different intention in mind that it doesn't matter, because it does! Remember, when a sign or symbol has been created for a specific purpose, you cannot change it. You can however decide against using it, and understanding what it's purpose is so that you will not be tricked. Ignorance is not bliss.

The symbol is also known as the Neronic cross or Nero's Cross because back in 66-70 AD when the first Roman Jewish war broke out, the symbol was used to signify the broken Jew or the broken cross during Nero's reign as emperor. His reign was so wicked that he even had his own mother executed.
It is during this time that Nero had the apostle Peter crucified upside down on the broken cross.
So as we can see, this symbol is not a symbol for peace. The Satanism behind it is also very prevalent as it is said that the satanic church founder Anton LaVey used the broken cross as a backdrop for his alter. How can knowing this now, a Christian even think of wearing or supporting this symbol?

The Word is very clear that should be on the lookout for these things and to stay away from ALL forms of evil. As we continue searching out these evil signs and symbols, we need to make an educated decision to steer clear of them. Make a stand for Christ and not for the things of this world. We are living in a time where God will separate the sheep and the goats, the wheat and the tares, and we need to be separate from the world.

"Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life is not from the Father, but is from the world.…" -1 John 2:15-16

"You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God." - James 4:4
